  1. Anti-aging mask. To prepare this mask, you need to take dandelion juice in an amount of 5 ml, 1 avocado, 5 g of starch. Make a puree of avocado and then mix all the ingredients together. The resulting mass should be applied to a pre-steamed face, left for 30 minutes and then rinsed off with cool water. The mask can be applied to the face 2 times a week. Most often, rosemary is used in the form of essential oil, which can be purchased at most beauty stores and pharmacies. To prepare cosmetics at home, the plant must be grown ourselves, as in its natural form it rarely enters the shelves of shops and pharmacies.

  1. Refreshing mask. To prepare the mask, you need to puree half a banana, then add 50 ml of avocado oil and an infusion or decoction of rosemary. The amount of decoction or infusion should be calculated, as the final mask should look like thick sour cream in consistency. The product can be applied to the face 2-3 times a week, after which the skin becomes more elastic, wrinkles are smoothed.
  2. Beverage. To prepare a decoction, you need to take 20 grams of dried rosemary leaves, pour 200 ml of boiling water and put it in a water bath for 15-20 minutes. The finished broth must be filtered before use. Take 50 ml 2 times a day.
  3. Injection. The drug is prepared from 50 grams of the leaves of the plant, which should be poured into a glass of boiling water and infused for 3-4 hours, it is recommended to do this in a thermos or wrap the container with the infusion in something warm. After the specified time, the infusion should be filtered.

  2. Injection. To prepare an infusion of chamomile, you need to pour a tablespoon of dried and crushed plant with a glass of boiling water and insist for half an hour. The final product should be filtered and, as in the previous recipe, wipe the skin of the face with it.

To prepare a sage infusion, pour 3 tablespoons of dry raw materials with a glass of boiling water and insist in a thermos for 2 hours. The resulting infusion should be cooled, filtered, refrigerated and used as needed. From this infusion, you can make cosmetic cubes - throw them in molds and put them in the freezer and wipe your face with them in the morning and evening.
  2. Beverage. A sage decoction effectively affects the skin of the face, rejuvenating and toning it. To prepare it, three tablespoons of sage should be poured with boiling water and simmered for another 15 minutes. The resulting product should be cooled, drained and washed with it once a day.

In nature, there are many medicinal plants that can be used effectively for cosmetic purposes. The main thing is to do it right so that the plant used does not harm, but rather yields the maximum benefit from the application.
